About FEA
Freedom Employability Academy (FEA) is a charitable trust providing FREE English, Digital Literacy, and Employability Skills training to youth aged 18+ across North India. Since 2010, over 6 lakh students have enrolled in our programs and transformed their lives through education.
Salary & Benefits
Starting Salary: ₹14,000–₹14,500/month
Performance-based increment up to ₹16,500/month
Bonuses up to ₹22,000 per cycle
Accommodation allowance up to ₹3,000/month
Travel/Petrol reimbursement
Medical insurance & paid leave
Free residential training at FEA Lucknow Campus (food, accommodation, and travel included)
Key Responsibilities
✅ Teach English and Employability Skills (4 classes daily)
✅ Mobilize and enroll students from nearby villages and communities
✅ Manage daily administrative tasks
✅ Participate in training and development activities
Eligibility Criteria
* Graduate in any discipline
* Basic English communication skills
* Willing to relocate and work in a rural area
* Own a mobile phone and two-wheeler/cycle
* Ready to commit to a minimum of 1 year
