Role Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring compliance with state and central tax regulations, and maintaining accurate financial records. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience with Tally Prime, a solid understanding of GST and Taxation, and strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Key Responsibilities

- Daily Accounting: Record daily financial transactions, including Sales & Purchase, Payment & Receipt and general ledger entries using Tally Prime.
- Reconciliation: Perform regular bank reconciliations, vendor/customer ledger reconciliations, and resolve any discrepancies.
- Data Management: Utilize Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and conditional formatting) to prepare financial reports,



track expenses, and manage large datasets.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Accounting Software: Proven, hands-on expertise in Tally Prime is mandatory.
- Taxation Knowledge: Strong practical knowledge of current Indian tax laws, specifically GST, TDS, and Income Tax basics.
- Spreadsheet Mastery: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Attention to Detail: High accuracy in data entry and numerical calculations.
- Soft Skills: Good communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and the ability to meet deadlines.
