Job Description – Executive Compliance & Regulatory Liaison

Role Summary:

We are seeking a proactive Executive – Compliance & Regulatory Liaison to manage field-based statutory licensing and regulatory coordination across Tamil Nadu. The role requires regular interaction with government authorities, execution of licensing processes, document management, and compliance reporting. The position is ideal for a professional who is comfortable travelling extensively and representing the organization before government departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate with Labour Department, Shop Inspectors and other authorities for statutory registrations and renewals.
- Handle Shop & Establishment, Trade Licence, FSSAI, CLRA, Legal Metrology, Professional Tax (PT), Labour Welfare Fund (LWF) and other regulatory compliances.
- Visit government offices to submit applications, follow up on approvals,



respond to notices and obtain certificates.
- Maintain qualified relationships with government officials while ensuring ethical compliance.
- Coordinate with Regional Manager and provide daily EOD updates.
- Maintain compliance MIS, dashboards, trackers, renewal calendars and statutory records.
- Secure and dispatch original certificates, challans and approvals to Head Office.

Essential Skills:

- Strong liaisoning and communication skills
- Knowledge of labour law compliances and online licensing portals
- Excellent documentation and reporting skills
- Willingness to travel extensively across Tamil Nadu

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
