We are looking for a high-performing Senior Admission Counselor who can confidently convert fresh leads into admissions and contribute from Day 1.

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students regarding Online & Distance UG/PG programs.
- Convert fresh leads into confirmed admissions.
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls.
- Follow up with prospective students until admission closure.
- Understand student requirements and recommend suitable universities.
- Handle objections and close admissions professionally.
- Maintain accurate lead updates in the CRM.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.

Eligibility Must Have

- Minimum 1 year of experience in EdTech Admission Counseling.
- Experience selling Online MBA, Distance MBA, Online UG/PG, or Higher Education programs.
- Excellent communication and convincing skills.
- Solid objection-handling and closing ability.
- Comfortable working with sales targets.
