Non-IT Recruiter - Bengaluru (2+ Years)

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-IT Recruiter to join our agile team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of non-technical roles across various departments, ensuring we attract and hire top talent. This role requires a proactive individual with a strong understanding of the non-IT hiring landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful placements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific hiring needs, job requirements, and team dynamics for non-IT positions.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for a wide range of roles including sales, marketing, finance, operations, administration, and other corporate functions.
- Utilize various recruitment channels such as job boards, professional networking sites (e.g., LinkedIn), internal databases, referrals, and direct outreach to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings, phone interviews,



and in-depth interviews to assess qualifications, experience, cultural fit, and overall suitability for the role.
- Manage the entire recruitment process from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
- Provide regular updates and communicate effectively with hiring managers and candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and recruitment activity in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and competitive hiring practices in the non-IT sector.
- Act as a brand ambassador, representing the company positively to potential candidates.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies during the recruitment process.
- Participate in employer branding initiatives and career fairs as needed to attract talent.
