Digital Marketing Manager – Fashion & E-commerce

Location: Noida (Work from Office)

Geisha Designs is looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead the digital growth of our fashion brands, including Geisha Designs and Darlytte.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads and other performance marketing campaigns.
- Drive customer acquisition, lead generation and online sales.
- Manage SEO, website performance (Shopify/WordPress) and conversion rate optimization.
- Develop and execute social media, email marketing and CRM strategies.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and prepare actionable reports.
- Work closely with design, content, merchandising and e-commerce teams to execute campaigns.

Required Skills

- Performance Marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
- SEO (Technical & On-page)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4) & Google Tag Manager
- Shopify / WordPress website management
- Email Marketing (Klaviyo/Mailchimp)




- Social Media Strategy & Content Marketing
- Google Search Console & Looker Studio
- Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO)
- AI tools (ChatGPT, Gemini, Midjourney/Canva AI, etc.)
- Strong analytical, communication and project management skills

Preferred Qualifications

- 2-4 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in Fashion, Beauty, Lifestyle or D2C brands
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field.
- Google Ads/GA4/Meta certifications are an advantage
- Proven track record of improving ROAS, reducing CAC and scaling online revenue
