Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Assistant Project Manager to oversee residential interior project execution. The ideal candidate should have robust site management skills, coordinate with clients and installation teams, and ensure projects are completed on time while maintaining quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day execution of residential interior projects.
- Study work orders, drawings, and project schedules.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and installation teams.
- Verify site measurements before installation.
- Ensure materials received at site match the work order.
- Monitor project progress and maintain quality standards.
- Resolve site-related issues and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Track project timelines and submit daily progress reports.
- Collect part payments and final payments as per project milestones.




- Conduct project handover and obtain customer satisfaction feedback.

Requirements

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or a related field.
- 1.5–5 years of experience in residential interior site execution.
- Knowledge of modular interiors and site coordination.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple sites and meet project deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Office and project documentation.
