We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Skilled to plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should be analytical, ROI-focused, and passionate about scaling leads, sales, and conversions through data-backed strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms
- Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions, ROAS, and CAC
- Perform keyword research, audience targeting, A/B testing, and bid optimization
- Monitor daily performance metrics and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports
- Track conversions using Google Analytics, GA4, Tag Manager, and pixels
- Collaborate with creative and content teams for ad copies, creatives, and landing pages




- Identify growth opportunities and scale high-performing campaigns
- Manage campaign budgets efficiently and ensure maximum ROI
- Stay updated with latest digital advertising trends and platform updates

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Proven experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media
- Hands-on expertise with Google Ads & Meta Ads Manager
- Strong understanding of funnels, conversion tracking, and attribution
- Experience with e-commerce or lead generation campaigns
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Excel
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
