Key Responsibilities

- Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls.
- Communicate with potential customers and provide relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Assist customers and visitors at the front office.
- Maintain basic records and customer information.
- Coordinate with internal team members when required.
- Support day-to-day front office activities.

Requirements
