Job Descritpion of SAP CS Consultant

7-10 Years Relevant Experience

Educational Qualifications

- A university degree or a diploma from a specialized school.

Mandatory Skills & Experience

- 7–10 years of relevant experience in SAP Service Management implementation, preferably with ECC 6.0 and/or S/4HANA.
- Hands-on experience in full implementation projects primarily as an SM Designer, with secondary skills in Plant Maintenance (PM) Module.
- Experience from requirements gathering to setting up the entire flow of service order management, delivery, invoicing, and integrations with other modules such as PM, SD, MM, and FI/CO.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for integration with colleagues, users,



and business partners globally.
- Ability to document requirements clearly to ensure alignment with business stakeholders.
- Ability to lead and drive delivery of IT solutions or GAPs to capture business requirements from various stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

- Hands-on experience with SAP HR and CRM (ECC or S/4HANA).
- Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, multi-task on various allocations, and handle stressful situations.
- Knowledge of iFS Field Service Management solution is an advantage.
