4 Daily QC record verification & Updation in system
5 All process records (SMT, PTH, IQC) verification & Approval
6 Inline any rejection/rework, solving with root cause & pareto analysis
7 Calibration plan verification
8 Raising PR for due instruments and getting approval from MD
9 Onsite calibration - Attend the calibration process, verify is it done properly
10 Verification of calibration report once it is received and acceptance
11 Solving if any descripancies in process to requirement
12 Customer complaint Handling - Response, root cause analysis and submission of report - CAPA/8D/ Analysis Report
13 Monthly process - pareto analysis and actions
14 Monthly MRM Data preparation
15 Collection of MRM data and compilation
16 Updation of Management Board - Monthly / Quarterly




17 Master sample Handling - Preparation of master samples
18 ESD, MSD Handling
19 Process Validation - Plan, Execution
20 Product Validation with the help of R&D;
21 Process Audit - Plan, Execution
