Key Responsibilities
Generate quality leads through platforms like Upwork, Guru, PPH, LinkedIn, cold emailing, and other channels
Communicate with potential clients and build strong, long-term relationships
Analyse client requirements and prepare effective proposals
Follow up with prospects and close deals successfully
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Maintain and manage proposal pipelines and conversion tracking
What we're looking for :
6 months – 2 years of experience in Business Development or Sales (Web Development or Digital Marketing background preferred)
Solid communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Hands-on experience with Upwork, Fiverr, Guru, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
