Your main tasks and responsibilities:
Portfolio & Project Management
Plan, coordinate, and oversee multiple IT projects aligned with strategic priorities. Track progress, manage risks, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. Maintain documentation, reports, and dashboards.

Governance & Methodology
Apply standard project management methodologies and tools. Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and drive process improvements.

Stakeholder Management
Build strong relationships with business and IT stakeholders.



Act as main contact for communication and issue resolution. Advise on IT demand prioritization to maximize value delivery.

Demand Management
Lead demand capture, evaluation, and prioritization. Support transparent decision-making on project selection and resource allocation.

Vendor & Financial Management
Assist with vendor selection, contract management, and performance tracking. Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.

Operational Excellence
Drive efficiency in project delivery and resource allocation. Promote continuous improvement and tool/process simplification. Ensure projects and portfolio align with organizational goals.

Collaboration & Development
Foster accountability and excellence across teams. Mentor junior team members.
