Role Description:
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager who plans and drives the execution of setting up a new office in Pune. This will include working with multiple stakeholders across the organization and across supplier ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
• Work with project team plan and execute current site build out.
• Establish governance and cadence for build out with relevant and required stakeholders.
• Facilitate multiple meetings internally and externally with suppliers.
• Report and communicate in relevant forums internally about progress, risk, issues and their resolution.
• Establish reporting rhythm and cadence for project.
• Facilitate review meetings with senior leadership members, ensuring actionable outcomes and follow-up.
• Track and analyze cost performance against budget, identifying variances and underlying drivers.
• Build strong relationships across all organizational levels to facilitate smooth project execution.

Experience required:
Essential Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in project management in facilities set up or related projects.




• Should have experience and expertise of office management.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in dealing with vendors / partners.
• Advanced Excel and PPT skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• MBA or professional qualification (CFA, CPA, CIMA).
• Experience in building / facility management.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma).
