Job Summary
The Intune Specialist is responsible for managing, deploying, securing, and supporting devices using Microsoft Intune and the broader Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) ecosystem. This role ensures compliance, modern device management, application deployment, and strong security posture for Windows, Android, iOS, and macOS devices.

Key Responsibilities
1️⃣ Device Management
Configure and manage Windows 10/11, Android, iOS/iPadOS, and macOS devices through Intune/MEM.
Implement Autopilot for zero‑touch provisioning.
Set up and maintain Enrollment restrictions, Device compliance, and Configuration profiles.
2️⃣ Application Management
Deploy and manage Win32 apps, LOB apps, Microsoft Store apps, and mobile apps.
Create and maintain App protection policies (MAM).
Manage app updates, deployments, and assignments.
3️⃣ Security & Compliance
Create Compliance policies and integrate with Conditional Access (Azure AD).




Configure Endpoint Security policies, including:
Antivirus (Defender)
Firewall
Disk encryption (BitLocker/FileVault)
Monitor and remediate non-compliant devices.
4️⃣ Monitoring & Troubleshooting
Monitor device health, compliance status, and deployment reports.
Troubleshoot enrollment, policy application, and application deployment issues.
Use Log Analytics, Intune reports, and Defender for Endpoint integrations.
5️⃣ Governance & Documentation
Maintain documentation for Intune policies, procedures, and architecture.
Develop SOPs for IT support teams.
Implement governance for device lifecycle and policies.
6️⃣ Collaboration
Work with Security, Cloud, and Infra teams to define device strategy.
Support migrations from SCCM/Group Policy to modern management (Intune).
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead MDM Intune and SCCM/SMS operations by architecting and optimizing device enrollment, compliance, and application deployment processes to ensure secure and efficient client lifecycle management.
2. Drive advanced automation initiatives using Intune PowerShell and Azure Automation to improve efficiency, reporting, and incident resolution within the device management landscape.
3. Provide expert-level troubleshooting for complex issues across Intune, SCCM/SMS,



and MS Enterprise Mobility Suite, ensuring timely root cause analysis and resolution to maintain high service availability.
4. Oversee client onboarding and policy configuration in Microsoft Intune, adapting device management strategies to meet evolving organizational and security requirements.
5. Mentor and empower support teams through technical leadership, knowledge sharing, and best practice implementation in MDM, Intune, and client lifecycle management.
6. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and implement continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging analytics and feedback to enhance operational processes and client satisfaction.
7. Ensure compliance with security, privacy, and regulatory requirements across all device management operations using MS Enterprise Mobility Suite tools.
Skill Requirements
1. Excellent Knowledge Of Client Lifecycle Management And Automation Using Powershell, Azure Automation, And Related Tools.
2. InDepth Understanding Of Ms Enterprise Mobility Suite For Secure Device And Application Management.
3. Robust Capability In Managing Operational Processes, Service Delivery, And Continuous Improvement In A LargeScale Enterprise Environment.
