Job Summary
DescriptionApplication Developer Specialist IT is working on developing and unit testing components or parts of a low to high complexity system in accordance with the project requirements and adopted standards, definitions and specifications with or without the supervision of senior Application Developer Specialist IT resource(s).
• Perform coding, unit testing and documentation of software units defined by the design document
• Participate in software modification during integration testing
• Adhere to the project/assignment timelines as agreed with the Project Manager or other authorized personnel
• Develop efficient software according to business requirements within given time frame
• Ensure compliance with relevant Group IT processes, methods and tools, and business processes

The role
You will work in a cross functional DevOps team, developing functionality & services. Together with the team’s Solution Architect you will contribute to the technical design and software delivery practices ensuring aspects like security, robustness, scalability, efficient CI/CD, identifying maintenance and enabler needs.

• A university degree in Computer science or similar
• 6 years’ experience as developer in the Java eco-systems
• Experience from agile development, DevOps practices and Continuous Deployment
• Knowledge in following techniques is a excellent plus: REST, JMS, PostgreSQL, Liquibase, Asynchronous programming, Docker, Git, Micro service architecture, AWS cloud services, Test automation frameworks
• Fluent in English - both written and spoken
• Valid work-permit for Sweden, if not EU-citizen
