Summary:
Provide cross-functional services to product teams to ensure product delivery.
Roles & Responsibilities
• Acts as a Single Point of Contact for cross-functional division services




• Collaborates closely with internal customers to identify and align customer needs.
• Performs administrative tasks.
• Supports the product delivery by improving and automating internal processes
• Is responsible for on-/offboarding of new/retiring employees.
• Defines and implements administrative standards for all product teams.
• Provides reports to Management and product teams.
• Provides comprehensive technical support for internal Management Systems e.g. JIRA, Clarity, WIKI, Tableau
Professional & Technical Skills:
• Bachelor in Computer Science or Business Administration or job-related education
• Positive organizational skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office Programs, JIRA, WIKI and Tableau.
• Proactive, efficient, customer-focused and able to work under pressure with tight timelines
• Highly focused and solution oriented with strong attention to detail using existing / new technologies.
• Ability to interact with different countries, cultures and customers.
• Excellent team player.
• Good communication skills.
• Good German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
• At least 3 years working experience
Additional Information:
• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Atlassian JIRA.
• This position is based at our Chennai office.
• A 15 years full time education is required. 15 years full time education
