Job Title: Finance Manager / Senior Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced accounting qualified with a background in a

CA firm to join our team. The candidate will initially handle core accounting and compliance

functions and, over time, will be groomed to head the entire finance function of the group.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review Financial Statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Manage General Ledger, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts

Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances

Coordinate with internal and external auditors

Oversee Accounts Payable & Receivable

Monitor cash flow and financial planning

Handle finalization and audit support

Ensure compliance with statutory laws and company policies





Supervise and guide junior accounting staff

Support management with financial insights and reporting

Key Requirements:

Must have experience working as Manager in a CA Firm

Strong knowledge of finalization, taxation, and compliance

Hands-on experience in GST, TDS, and audits

Proficiency in Tally / ERP systems and MS Excel

Good leadership and team handling skills

Strong analytical and decision-making ability

Qualifications:

B.Com / M.Com / Finance Graduate

CA Inter / CMA (Preferred, not mandatory)
