- Operate and monitor DG sets to ensure uninterrupted power supply.
- Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of DG sets.
- Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical faults in diesel generators.
- Inspect and maintain alternators, batteries, starters, control panels, and fuel systems.
- Check engine oil, coolant levels, filters, and lubrication systems.
- Conduct routine testing and load trials of DG sets.
- Maintain ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) panels and power distribution systems.
- Record maintenance activities and equipment performance data.
- Coordinate with maintenance teams during shutdowns and emergency breakdowns.
- Follow all safety procedures and maintenance schedules.
