Position: Indian & Continental Cook

Work Location -Sultanpur (Delhi)

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Cook specializing in Indian and Continental cuisine. The candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals, maintaining kitchen hygiene, managing food preparation, and ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian and Continental dishes according to standard recipes.
- Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation meet company standards.
- Plan and organize daily food preparation and kitchen operations.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen in compliance with food safety standards.
- Monitor inventory of food supplies and inform management about stock requirements.
- Store food properly to prevent spoilage and minimize waste.
- Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently.
- Follow health, safety, and sanitation regulations at all times.




- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service.

Required Qualifications:

- Minimum 1–2 years of experience as an Indian & Continental Cook.
- Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Team player with a positive attitude.

Skills Required:

- Expertise in Indian and Continental cuisine.
- Knife handling and food preparation skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Good communication and teamwork skills
