Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic, experienced, and visionary School Principal to lead our institution with excellence. The Principal will be responsible for academic leadership, school administration, staff management, student development, parent relations, and ensuring the overall growth of the school.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the overall operations of the school.
- Ensure high standards of teaching and learning.
- Supervise teachers and monitor classroom performance.
- Plan and implement academic calendars and school activities.
- Improve student academic performance and discipline.
- Conduct staff meetings, observations, and performance evaluations.
- Recruit, train, and mentor teaching and non-teaching staff.
- Maintain strong communication with parents and the school management.
- Ensure compliance with CBSE/State Board norms and government regulations.




- Prepare school budgets and monitor financial discipline.
- Promote admissions through effective planning and community engagement.
- Organize examinations, events, inspections, and school functions.
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and positive learning setting.

Salary

₹75,000 – ₹100,000 per month (Based on experience and school strength)
