Job Descriptions:

- Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement manufacturing processes for new and existing components.
- Prepare process plans, work instructions, and standard operating procedures.
- Optimize production processes to improve quality, productivity, and cost efficiency.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, and procurement teams for process implementation.
- Identify and resolve manufacturing issues through continuous process improvement.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and manufacturing standards.

Desired Qualifications & Skill Requirements :

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Production Engineering.




- 5–8 years of experience in manufacturing/process engineering.
- Robust knowledge of manufacturing processes, process planning, and production systems.
- Experience in automotive, construction equipment, heavy machinery, or OEM manufacturing is preferred.
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Good analytical, problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.

Location: Palakkad, Kerala
