Job Summary

BuyBuzz Infra LLP is hiring an experienced Real Estate Sales Team Leader to lead and manage a high-performing sales team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in real estate sales, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to achieve sales targets while mentoring team members.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the real estate sales team.

- Drive team performance to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

- Train, mentor, and support team members to improve productivity.

- Monitor daily sales activities and client follow-ups.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

- Handle client escalations and assist in closing high-value deals.

Eligibility Criteria

- Experience:



Minimum 3–4 years of experience as a Sales Team Leader in a real estate company.

- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.

- Ability to lead and inspire a sales team.

- Own vehicle is mandatory.

- Immediate joiners will be preferred.
