Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Junomoneta Tower, Pal, Surat
Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Full-Time)

Salary Range: 15000 to 25000 per month

Job Responsibilities

- Handle bulk hiring for middle-level positions across departments.
- Source candidates through the company CRM, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, and other recruitment channels.
- Generate additional candidate leads using various paid and unpaid sourcing platforms.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
- Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Requirements

- 1–3 years of recruitment experience (bulk hiring preferred).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




- Pleasant personality with a professional attitude.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
- Ability to generate candidate leads through multiple sourcing channels.
- Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Note: Candidate leads will be provided through the company CRM. Recruiters are also expected to generate additional candidate leads independently using paid and unpaid recruitment portals.
