We are looking for an energetic and customer-focused Retail Salesman to join our Footwear & Bags retail store. The ideal candidate should have prior retail sales experience, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping customers find the right products.

Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and assist them in selecting footwear and bags.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized.
- Handle billing and assist with cash/card transactions when required.
- Manage stock on shelves and report inventory shortages.
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
- Stay updated on current arrivals, promotions, and product features.

Requirements

- 1–2 years of retail sales experience.
- Experience in footwear, bags, apparel, or fashion retail is preferred.




- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.

Compensation
