About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Internal Auditor to design, implement, and monitor internal audit and process control systems across the organisation. This is a non-accounting, process-oriented role focused on operational compliance, risk assessment, and continuous improvement rather than financial/statutory audit.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, implement, and maintain internal audit frameworks and process-control systems across departments.
- Conduct periodic audits of operational processes to identify gaps, risks, and non-compliance.
- Develop audit checklists, SOPs, and monitoring mechanisms for various functions.
- Prepare detailed audit reports with findings, risk ratings, and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with department heads to ensure corrective action plans are implemented and tracked.
- Track audit closure timelines and maintain audit documentation and MIS.
- Recommend process improvements to strengthen internal controls and operational efficiency.
- Present audit findings and status updates to the Executive Director periodically.

Desired Candidate Profile





- 5–7 years of experience in internal audit, process audit, or systems/quality audit (non-accounting background).
- Proven experience implementing audit systems and controls in a previous organisation.
- Post-graduate degree preferred; certifications in ISO/process auditing or Six Sigma will be an added advantage.
- Robust analytical, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Good communication skills to coordinate across departments and present findings to leadership.
- High attention to detail with a process-improvement mindset.
