Karveer Logistics Pvt. Ltd. is a growing logistics and transportation company committed to delivering reliable and efficient logistics solutions across India. We are looking for a dedicated HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for drivers, operations staff, office staff, and management positions.
- Post job openings on job portals, social media platforms, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with department heads and management.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Track attendance, leave records, and employee data.
- Support payroll processing and salary-related administration.
- Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.
- Verify employee documents, licenses,



and background information where applicable.
- Prepare HR reports and recruitment status updates.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in recruitment and employee management.
- Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR documentation.
- Understanding of labour laws, PF, ESIC, and payroll processes is preferred.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Qualification

- Graduate in HR, Management, Commerce, or related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Logistics, Transportation, Warehousing, or Supply Chain industry preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
