About the Role

We are looking for a responsible, disciplined, and caring School Warden to oversee the safety, discipline, and well-being of students. The ideal candidate should have good leadership qualities, be able to manage students effectively, and possess strong English communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of students.
- Maintain discipline and enforce school and hostel rules.
- Supervise students during study hours, meals, and other daily activities.
- Monitor attendance and maintain daily records.
- Address student concerns and report issues to the school administration.
- Coordinate with teachers, parents, and management whenever required.
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of hostel/school facilities.
- Handle emergencies calmly and responsibly.
- Foster a positive, safe, and supportive environment for students.

Qualifications

- Minimum Higher Secondary (12th Pass); Graduation preferred.
- Prior experience as a School/Hostel Warden or in a similar role is preferred.
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory.




- Basic computer knowledge will be an added advantage.

Salary & Benefits

- Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (Based on experience and interview performance)
