Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and dedicated OT Assistant with hands-on experience in assisting Orthopedic and Spine surgeries. The ideal candidate should have knowledge of OT protocols, surgical instruments, patient preparation, with specific experience in ACL/PCL Reconstruction, Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Hip Replacement (THR), and Spine Surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist surgeons and OT staff during orthopedic and spine surgeries.
- Prepare the operation theatre before procedures by ensuring all instruments, implants, and equipment are available and sterilized.
- Assist in ACL/PCL Reconstruction, Total Knee Replacement (TKR), Total Hip Replacement (THR), and Spine Surgeries.
- Arrange and handle surgical instruments, implants, and consumables during procedures.
- Position patients correctly and ensure proper OT setup as per surgical requirements.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of arthroscopy procedures.
- Experience handling orthopedic implants and power tools.
- Ability to assist in complex orthopedic and spine cases efficiently.
- Qualified attitude with a patient-centric approach.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
