Job Description – Store Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations in a system-based setting. The role primarily involves handling material management, billing, approvals, and dispatch activities. The candidate will ensure smooth coordination between stores, purchase, and site teams while maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities (Updated – Important)

- Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth functioning
- Maintain proper records of material inward and outward
- Handle billing activities in the system (GRN, invoices, entries)
- Coordinate for internal approvals related to material issue and purchase
- Manage material dispatch to sites/projects as per requirement




- Monitor stock levels and ensure proper inventory control
- Maintain documentation for all store transactions
- Coordinate with purchase, production, and project teams
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials
- Follow company procedures and maintain system accuracy

Qualification:
Any Degree.

- Location: Chennai (Nungambakkam)
- Salary: Fresher ₹15K–₹20K | Experienced – As per experience
