Position: Senior Accountant
Location: Bhubaneswar
Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
Experience: 5–8 Years

Job Summary

Swain Aluminium Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, statutory compliance, taxation, and financial reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and BLS along with excellent accounting and analytical skills.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping activities.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and MIS reports.
- Handle GST return filing, reconciliation, and compliance.
- Manage TDS deduction, return filing, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure timely compliance with all applicable tax and financial regulations.
- Handle BLS-related accounting and compliance activities (as per company requirements).
- Perform bank reconciliation and monitor cash flow.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities during audits and assessments.
- Process vendor payments and reconcile customer accounts.




- Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and BLS.
- Proficiency in Tally ERP/Tally Prime and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of accounting standards and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Mandatory.
- M.Com / CA Inter / CMA Inter will be preferred.

Experience

- 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting and taxation.
- Experience in the manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
