Responsibilities

● Effective Counseling of Learners/students about our courses and convert them into admission
● Ensure a stable and growth based cashflow for the branches allocated
● Maintain communication with learners through various channels
● Submission of sales reports, bringing improvement in Business Growth Initiatives
● Responsible for Improvising the Sales Automation processes
● Support Junior level counselors with their targets
● Achieving monthly, Quarterly sales targets for Admissions
● Managing the Learning experience of the learners

● Positive understanding of IT Training courses

● Communicate with the faculty members and follow some admin tasks

Skill Required

● Understanding of Education-Based Counselling

● 2-4yrs of work experience is IT Training-admission counselling

● Good communication & interpersonal skills
● Understanding of Business Strategy
● Past Experience of working in a startup environment

Only Kolkata based candidates and immediate joiners preferred
