Role Overview

A focused qualified responsible for supporting enterprise customers globally for IBSFINtech's Treasury & Trade Finance product portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with clients, product managers, architects, and analysts
- Drive technical leadership and guidance to team members and project peers
- Deliver IT products by combining multiple aspects of design and architecture
- Drive customer experience and continually raise functionality standards
- Champion development and operational excellence
- Drive best practices and agile methodologies (SCRUM)
- Establish solid project framework and development processes
- Manage headcount, deliverables, and schedules across ongoing projects
- Direct and provide leadership for individual contributors
- Research, recommend,



and introduce new technologies
- Prepare unit test cases and perform unit testing
- Perform regression testing

Required Skills & Experience

- IT Product development experience
- Graduation degree in B.E/B.Tech/MCA
- Professional programming experience in complete stack development
- .Net Core, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, Web APIs, MVC, and C#
- Hands-on experience in PL/SQL and complex stored procedures
- Understanding of various SDLC phases
- Experience in unit testing and bug fixing
- Experience in Telerik UI control
- Excellent communication skills
