Position Overview
Senior Facilities Manager- 307 Queen Street The Senior Facility Manager will be responsible for the overall operational management of a Premium Grade office/retail asset and manage the day-to-day operations utilising the JLL EOS and PAM systems and any other client specific systems. The role includes client reporting, understanding of all base building and engineering systems and managing the associated contractors to ensure optimal building performance and best practice, leadership and mentoring – where applicable, training and task / project allocation, tracking and capex management works and sustainability objectives.
