Job Summary
Testing Analyst (or Quality Assurance Analyst) Testers & Test Engineers
• Strong experience across the full SDLC within a regulated GMP environment, including test planning, test design, test execution, and test closure activities.
• Hands-on experience with development/system testing, integration testing, UAT preparation and support, and regression testing for complex, multi-workstream projects.
• Deep expertise in testing Veeva Vault QMS, including end-to-end Deviations, CAPA, Audits, and Inspections processes.
• Solid understanding of QMS business processes and GxP expectations to ensure risk-based, compliance-focused test coverage and documentation.
• Proficiency with JIRA and XRAY (or similar test management tools) for test case creation, test execution, traceability, and test reporting.
• Strong defect management skills, including defect logging, triage, prioritization, root cause discussion, re-testing, and verification of defect resolution.
• Experience developing and maintaining regression test suites and test data, and executing regression cycles in alignment with release and change management processes.
• Ability to collaborate closely with business SMEs, Business Analysts, developers, and Validation/QA teams to clarify requirements, refine test scenarios, and ensure accurate traceability (requirements–test–defect).




• Familiarity with validation and documentation requirements in GMP environments (e.g., test protocols, traceability matrices, evidence capture, audit-ready documentation).
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to identify test gaps, raise risks/issues promptly, contribute to test status reporting, and work effectively in Agile teams and ceremonies.

Key Responsibilities
1. Participate In Functional And Technical Discussions With Clients And Teams To Comprehend Functional And Design Specifications, Identify Performance Issues, And Ensure The Creation And Maintenance Of Automated Test Scripts Using Tools Like Selenium And Python, Alongside A Comprehensive Test Case Suite.
2. Develop And Continuously Enhance Automated Tests Utilizing Frameworks Such As Testng And Junit As Recent System Features Are Introduced, While Also Creating Detailed Work Plans And Monitoring The Work Schedule To Ensure Timely Delivery Of Testing Outcomes In Alignment With Defined Quality Standards.
3. Create A Reusable And Scalable Test Automation Framework, Develop Comprehensive Test Strategies And Plans, Maintain Test Data In Compliance With Project Requirements, And Generate Status Reports To Mitigate Risks And Facilitate Project Escalations.
4. Mentor And Guide Qa Engineers In Leveraging The Testing Framework Effectively, Enhancing Their Technical Skills, And Boosting Overall Team Productivity.

1. Proficient In Functional Testing Methodologies And Tools For Embedded Software
2. Strong Understanding Of Test Automation Frameworks, Specifically Selenium And Testng
3. Solid Experience In Developing And Maintaining Test Strategies And Test Plans
4. Excellent Knowledge Of Scripting Languages Relevant To Test Automation, Such As Python
5. Familiarity With Performance Testing Tools And Methodologies
6. Ability To Analyze And Interpret Functional Specifications And Design Documents

Other Requirements
1. Optional But Valuable Certifications: Istqb Certified Tester (Foundation Level), Certified Agile Tester (Cat), Or Equivalent Testing Certifications.
