Job Summary
The Design Lead will be responsible for overseeing the UI/UX designs within the organization. They will lead a team of designers to create innovative and user-friendly designs that meet the business objectives and enhance user experience.

Key Responsibilities
1. Lead and manage a team of ui/ux designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality designs.
2. Collaborate with cross functional teams to gather requirements and create design solutions that align with business goals.
3. Develop design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
4. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to iterate and enhance designs.
5. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve the design process and deliverables.
6. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers to foster their growth and development.

Skill Requirements
1. Proficient in ui/ux design tools such as adobe xd, sketch, figma, or similar tools.
2. Strong understanding of user centered design principles and best practices.
3. Excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively lead a design team.
4. Ability to collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into design solutions.
5. Experience in conducting user research, creating personas, and usability testing.
6. Knowledge of html, css, and javascript is a plus.
7. Attention to detail and a creative mindset to deliver visually appealing and functional designs.

Other Requirements
We are looking for a strategic and highly skilled UX Designer with 7+ years of experience to own the end-to-end user experience of our complex, data-driven product ecosystem.



In this role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy, user needs, and technical feasibility. You will be responsible for transforming intricate workflows into intuitive, world-class digital experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead qualitative and quantitative research (interviews, surveys, usability testing, etc.) to uncover deep user needs.
Translate research into journey maps, service blueprints, and personas to align cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with PMs to elicit requirements and identify potential risks or gaps in the product logic.
Translate high-density data and complex enterprise workflows into simple, conversational, or visual interfaces.
Build everything from low-fi wireframes to high-fidelity, interactive prototypes for testing and stakeholder buy-in.
Oversee and scale our Design System, ensuring UI components are reusable, accessible, and consistently applied across platforms (Web, iOS, Android).
Ensure all digital assets meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards, integrating accessibility into the core of the design process rather than as an afterthought.
Identify UX opportunities and build a long-term vision for the product's future state.

Must-Have Skills:
7+ years in UX design.
A strong professional portfolio showcasing end-to-end design processes, complex problem-solving, and high-quality visual execution.
Advanced proficiency in Figma (including variables, auto-layout, and components)
Ability to use product metrics and user feedback to iterate and justify design decisions.
Expertise in organizing complex data structures and navigation systems.
Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and UX methodologies.
A meticulous eye for detail regarding typography, color theory, and layout.
Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills—you must be able to "defend" design decisions to non-designers.

Good to Have:
Experience designing for Generative AI or conversational UI.
Basic front-end development skills.
Master’s degree in HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field.
