Main Responsibilities
• Responsible for facility system reliability, especially electrical/mechanical/HVAC/FMCS system etc
• Routine inspection for facility equipment, troubleshooting and problem solving timely, and continuously taking actions for improvement
• Maintain related SOP documents, create preventive maintenance plan based on SOP and responsible for the execution
• Ensuring all equipment operation meet compliance with local laws and regulations, ensure the safety of maintenance activities
• Continuous improvement on the working safety, cost reduction and working efficiency
Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or above, major in Mechanical, HVAC, Electrical, Automation relevant
• Valuable skills on English, both speaking and written, CET4 or above
• Self-motivated and teamwork spirit
