Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive to generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and drive revenue growth. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills with a passion for achieving targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through calls, networking, and field visits.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand customer requirements and present suitable products or services.
- Follow up on leads and convert them into successful business.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales reports.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM or Excel.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate (MBA Marketing is an added advantage).
- 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Marketing.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales may also apply.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.
