About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and proactive E-commerce & Digital Marketing Executive to join our growing online business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants hands-on experience in e-commerce, social media marketing, Meta advertising, and customer engagement while working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and update product listings on Website.

Optimize product titles, descriptions, images, and SEO.

Conduct product and competitor research.

Ensure website content is accurate and up to date.

Create, manage, and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns to achieve a high ROAS.

Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Track key marketing KPIs and prepare performance reports.

Create engaging Instagram posts and reels using Canva.

Develop and maintain the monthly social media content calendar.

Manage the Instagram community by responding to comments and messages.

Help grow engagement and followers

Respond to customer inquiries via WhatsApp and social media.

Follow up with customers regarding orders and deliveries.

Track customer orders and work to reduce Return to Origin (RTO) rates.

Maintain excellent customer satisfaction throughout the buying journey.

Prepare daily work updates and performance reports.





Track website sales and marketing performance.

Assist with business growth initiatives and process improvements.

Requirements

1–2 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or a similar role.

Basic knowledge of Shopify.

Experience running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads.

Good understanding of Instagram marketing and community management.

Proficiency in Canva for creating social media creatives.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Analytical mindset with attention to detail.

Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
