About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Research & Inside Sales Intern to join our team remotely. This role is ideal for candidates who have prior exposure to a Chartered Accountant (CA) firm and are keen to build a career in business research, client outreach, and professional services sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct market and industry research to identify potential clients and business opportunities.
- Build and maintain prospect databases using Excel and CRM tools.
- Research companies, decision-makers, and key stakeholders across various industries.
- Assist in lead generation through online research and professional networking platforms.
- Reach out to prospective clients via email, LinkedIn, and phone calls.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with the Business Development team.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and sales-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow-ups.
- Support the sales team in achieving lead generation and business development targets.

Eligibility

- Graduate or pursuing graduation in Commerce, Business Administration, Finance,



or a related field.
- Prior internship or work experience in a CA firm is mandatory.
- Strong research and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Comfortable with client interaction and inside sales activities.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with accounting, taxation, compliance, or financial advisory services.
- Experience using LinkedIn for business research and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Solid attention to detail and organizational skills.
