Restaurant Manager – Lee Caviar Sea Food Restaurant & Café Location: Payyannur, Kerala Job Summary Lee Caviar Sea Food Restaurant & Café is looking for an experienced, responsible, and results-driven Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, excellent knowledge of restaurant operations, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining high standards of food quality and customer service. Key Responsibilities - Manage the overall day-to-day restaurant operations. - Lead, supervise, and motivate all restaurant staff. - Ensure excellent customer service and handle customer complaints professionally. - Monitor food quality, hygiene, cleanliness, and service standards. - Control food cost, wastage, and operational expenses. - Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. - Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance. - Manage inventory, stock, and supplier coordination. - Ensure compliance with food safety and health regulations. - Prepare daily sales and operational reports. - Recruit, train, and evaluate restaurant staff.



- Coordinate with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth operations. Requirements - Minimum 3–5 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. - Solid leadership and team management skills. - Knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory, food cost, and budgeting. - Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks. - Proficiency in MS Excel and POS systems is an advantage. - Fluent in English; Malayalam, Hindi, or Arabic is an added advantage.
