- Client Acquisition & Closure: Proactively identify, engage, and convert leads into confirmed projects. Personally handle high-value client negotiations and close enquiries independently.
- Sales Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coordinate the sales executive team; assign targets, review pipelines, and ensure enquiry-to-order conversion rates meet branch goals.
- Market Expansion: Build and expand the company’s brand presence and market share in Cochin and surrounding districts (Ernakulam, Thrissur, Alappuzha, Kottayam).
- Networking & Relationship Management: Maintain solid relationships with architects, consultants, government officials, financial institutions, and key influencers in the Cochin construction ecosystem

· B. Business Planning & Financial Forecasting

- Annual Business Planning: Develop and present the Cochin branch annual business plan, including revenue targets, project pipeline, resource plan, and capex requirements.
- Cash Flow Forecasting: Prepare rolling monthly/quarterly cash flow forecasts to ensure there are no fund shortfalls. Anticipate payment delays and plan working capital needs proactively.
- Budgeting & P&L; Ownership: Own the branch P&L; — monitor revenue, control costs, manage overheads, and ensure the branch meets or exceeds profitability targets.




- Fund Planning: Coordinate with Head Office finance to align fund inflows with project milestones and payment schedules; flag risks early.

C. Project Delivery & Technical Oversight

· Technical Review & Suggestions: Review architectural and structural drawings; provide practical, cost-effective civil engineering suggestions to optimize plans, construction methods, and material usage.

· Project Planning & Scheduling: Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and milestone tracking across all active Cochin projects.

· Quality & Compliance: Ensure all projects adhere to company quality standards, Kerala building codes, safety norms, and environmental regulations.

· Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with clients, architects, structural engineers, MEP consultants, contractors, and government authorities for seamless project execution.

Issue Resolution: Act as the escalation point for site-level technical, commercial, and interpersonal issues; resolve conflicts swiftly to protect timelines and margins
