We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Business Development Executive – IT Sales to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2B software sales, inside sales, or subscription-based sales and be passionate about building client relationships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and connect with potential business clients through outbound calls and lead generation.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable software solutions.
- Conduct online product demonstrations and effectively present product features and benefits.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and follow-ups to negotiation and deal closure.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with recent and existing clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate sales activities and customer records in the CRM.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months to 3 years of experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, SaaS Sales, B2B Sales, or Subscription Sales.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, client acquisition, and end-to-end sales.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and eager to build a successful career in software sales.
- Familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
