Role Summary

The Solar Mart Manager will be responsible for managing complete store operations including sales performance, team management, customer satisfaction, procurement coordination, and business growth. The role requires a highly driven professional capable of handling both operational and commercial responsibilities effectively.

Key Responsibilities

· Drive revenue generation and achieve monthly and annual business targets.

· Manage end-to-end store operations including sales, customer handling, and inventory management.

· Lead and mentor Relationship Managers, Inside Sales teams, and Warehouse teams.

· Ensure product availability and optimize inventory turnover across categories.

· Monitor customer experience standards and improve conversion ratios.





· Coordinate with procurement and supply chain teams for seamless business operations.

· Identify local business opportunities and build relationships with installers and channel partners.

· Track operational performance metrics and implement improvement initiatives.
