We are seeking a highly knowledgeable and engaging Revit MEP Trainer to join our technical training team. In this role, you will be responsible for teaching students and working professionals the core concepts of Building Information Modeling (BIM) using Autodesk Revit MEP. The ideal candidate possesses strong hands-on industry design experience in HVAC, Electrical, and Plumbing systems, paired with a passion for teaching and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery: Conduct comprehensive, interactive training sessions covering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Firefighting workflows.
- Curriculum Development: Design, update, and maintain comprehensive lesson plans, student exercises, assignments, and practical assessment materials.
- Technical Concept Instruction: Teach essential workflows including 3D parametric modeling, custom family creation, scheduling, documentation, and worksharing.
- BIM Coordination: Educate learners on multi-disciplinary model coordination, Level of Development (LOD) standards, and clash detection workflows.
- Project Mentorship: Guide students through real-world capstone projects to help them build a strong skilled portfolio.
- Student Evaluation:



Assess student progress, evaluate project assignments, and provide constructive feedback to ensure high learning retention.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Civil Engineering.
- Software Mastery: Advanced, proven expertise in Autodesk Revit MEP and AutoCAD.
- Industry Knowledge: Clear understanding of core engineering principles for HVAC load calculations, duct design, cable tray layouts, and piping systems.
- Communication: Exceptional presentation and public speaking skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Experience: Minimum of 1–3 years of design industry experience or prior training background.

Preferred Qualifications

- Autodesk Certified Professional (ACP) designation in Revit MEP.
- Familiarity with visual scripting tools like Dynamo or coordination tools like Navisworks.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
