Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer inquiries received through email, phone calls, websites, exhibitions, and marketing campaigns.
- Prepare techno-commercial quotations for packaging machinery.
- Coordinate with the Sales, Design, Production, Purchase, and Service departments for timely execution of customer requirements.
- Follow up with customers regarding quotations, negotiations, and order confirmations.
- Maintain CRM and customer database with accurate records.
- Prepare proposals, order confirmations, proforma invoices, and sales-related documents.
- Coordinate machine dispatch schedules with internal departments and customers.
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
- Arrange customer meetings, online presentations, factory visits, and machine demonstrations.
- Follow up for advance payments, documentation, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with overseas and domestic customers for project updates.
- Assist in preparing exhibition materials, brochures, presentations, and marketing documentation.
- Generate periodic MIS reports, inquiry status reports,



and sales pipeline reports.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- 2-3 years of experience in pharmaceutical packaging machinery or capital equipment sales coordination.
- Experience handling domestic and international customers.
- Valuable understanding of machine quotations and technical documentation.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
