Qualification: MBA/PGDM or Graduate with relevant experience
Age: 30-45 years
Language: English, Hindi, Local Language Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop growth strategies for financial gain and customer satisfaction.

Dealer Development , Distributor Appointment and Channel sales Management.

- Identify business opportunities and expand market presence.
- Attend business meetings and assist in new product launches.
- Address business challenges and provide solutions.
- Conduct market research and manage client relationships.
- Maintain sales records and ensure after-sales support.
- Build and develop the sales team.
- Strong leadership, brand management,



and computer skills preferred.
