Zobello is looking for a Logistic All Rounder for smooth functioning.

What we are looking out for:

- A Graduate / Post Graduate in Logistics/ Operations Management preferably, not mandatory
- An excellent command of written and spoken English
- A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar function
- Experience with customs formalities
- Problem-solving skills
- An ability to work with figures
- An ability to seize the initiative
- A helpful attitude to colleagues; flexibility and enthusiasm

What we would like you to do:

- Taking care of current Logistics Projects with the Logistics Manager
- Having up to date knowledge on Customs matters & experience with handling Customs affairs ( i.e. Harmonized System Codes)
- Knowledge of sea-air and transport rates and services
- Maintaining contact with our haulers, suppliers and overseas agents
- Administrative processing of documents received, coordinating bank payments
- Monitoring shipments in progress and received
- Scheduling goods received for our warehouse
- Checking haulage invoices
