About the Role

We are looking for dynamic and customer-focused professionals to join our RSVP Team as a Guest Relationship Executive / Guest Relationship Manager. The role involves managing guest communication, handling RSVP confirmations, coordinating guest preferences, and ensuring a seamless guest experience for weddings and social events.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end RSVP processes for wedding and event guests.
- Make outbound calls to guests for attendance confirmation and event-related communication.
- Maintain accurate guest databases and update RSVP statuses.
- Handle guest queries, special requests, and preferences professionally.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth guest management and event execution.
- Prepare and maintain RSVP reports, guest lists, and attendance trackers.
- Use Excel and CRM tools to manage guest information efficiently.
- Ensure a high standard of communication and hospitality throughout the guest journey.
- Follow up with guests to ensure timely confirmations and updates.

Candidate Requirements




Essential Skills:-

- Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Strong guest handling and relationship management abilities.
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management, Reporting, etc.).
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Professional telephone etiquette and follow-up skills.

Preferred Background

- Hotel Industry (Front Office / Guest Relations / Reservations)
- Hospitality & Event Management
- Customer Relationship Management
- American Express, Citi Bank, or similar customer service / calling profiles
- Concierge, Guest Experience, or Client Servicing roles

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Hospitality, Hotel Management, Event Management, or related backgrounds preferred.
