Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, GST and TDS compliance, and financial documentation. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Tally, taxation, and maintaining accounting records while ensuring timely statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Record and maintain accounting transactions in Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Manage Sales, Purchase, Receipt, Payment, and Journal Entries.
- Prepare and reconcile bank accounts, ledgers, and financial records.
- Handle GST compliance, including preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.).
- Calculate, deduct, and manage TDS and ensure timely filing of TDS returns.
- Maintain and organize accounting files, invoices, bills, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS).
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Coordinate with CA, auditors, and consultants for statutory and financial requirements.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.




- Ensure compliance with all accounting, tax, and regulatory requirements.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
- Good knowledge of Tally Prime/Tally ERP.
- Strong understanding of GST and TDS regulations and filings.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Office.
- Good understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Robust organizational and documentation management skills.

Experience

- 2–5 years of experience in accounting and taxation.
- Experience in GST and TDS return filing is preferred.
- Experience in trading, manufacturing, or service industries will be an advantage.
